Digital Physical Therapy & Pain Management (Hinge Health)
Overview:
Hinge Health offers digital programs that allow you to perform Physical Therapy right from home to help overcome muscle and joint pain in all areas of your body. Now you can select up to three areas to work on at once — and get the right exercises to reduce your pain. Want to focus on your neck, shoulders, and knees? No problem. Back, hips, and feet? It’s your choice!
Eligibility:
- Employees and their dependents at least 18 years of age and enrolled in the Veolia North America’s UHC medical plan.
- Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.
How to Sign-Up:
- Once enrolled, you’ll receive a Welcome Kit with a tablet computer and wearable sensors that guide you through the exercises. You will also be paired with a personal health coach who tailors the program to your needs.
Cost:
- Veolia will cover the entire cost of the program.
