Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – (Magellan)

Overview:

The EAP provides confidential assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When you contact the EAP, you will speak to a specialist who will help identify the issue and determine a course of action. You’ll also have access to licensed counselors who can help with:

• Counseling (Anxiety, grief, depression, relationships and more)
• Lifestyle coaching
• Self-care programs
• Work-Life services
• Wellness resources

Eligibility:

• All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire.
• Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.
• Eligible employees dependents also have access to our EAP.

Cost:

• Veolia will cover the entire cost of the program for you and your household members for up to 6 counseling sessions per person
